Contact
Email glowfolio@support.com for support or privacy questions. This address is provisional and its monitoring must be verified before App Store release; delivery and response times are not guaranteed. Include your app version, iOS version, iPhone model and steps to reproduce a problem. Do not send private photos, recordings, account credentials or exported libraries unless you have chosen to share them safely.
Start without permissions
Choose Try a Sample to explore the original illustration offline. Edit Sample creates a personal copy. Use Create a Look to choose a scene, then choose a static JPEG, PNG or HEIC photo, use the camera or select a sample. Viewing examples alone does not add them to your personal library.
Align and edit colors
Move outline handles for each zone, or choose a point and use the direction buttons. Use Smaller, Larger or Reset Alignment as needed. Confirm alignment, then choose Eyes, Cheeks, Lips or Highlight, enable the zone and set its color and opacity from 0% to 70%. Show Original displays the untouched photo. Save requires a base image and at least one enabled, aligned, valid zone. Otherwise use Save Draft.
Compare and recreate
Compare A/B uses the same locked base photo. Duplicate A to B, select the version you want to edit and return to the editor. Keep one version or both. Duplicate Recipe copies parameters into a new draft without the old photo or recording; choose and realign the new photo. The original saved recipe stays intact.
Voice notes and denied permissions
On a look’s detail page select the version and choose Record Note. You may pause, resume, stop, play and save a recording, up to two minutes. No minimum length is required. Backgrounding or interruption pauses collection; review before manually resuming. A previous note is replaced only after saving the new recording. If microphone access is off, use Write a Note. Camera denial still allows selected photos and samples. Change permissions only through Open iOS Settings.
Drafts, files and saving problems
Resume Draft in Studio reopens local work. Check available device storage if saving fails; your previous saved version remains unchanged. If a photo is unavailable, choose a photo stored on the device or use a sample. If audio is missing, retain the text and re-record. Cloud-only photo downloads require Apple’s network services. Do not uninstall the app to fix a problem before considering backups and readable exports.
Export and delete
Export Image creates a PNG with a 2048-pixel long side, one version or a side-by-side comparison. Export Audio shares only the selected version’s M4A voice note. Settings → Export All Data creates a ZIP with records, manifest, photos, audio and an English README. Exports are readable copies, not an in-app restore backup. Cancelling the share sheet leaves records unchanged. Delete All Personal Data removes local personal content after confirmation; built-in samples, original system Photos and already exported copies remain.
Offline use and limitations
All core content and editing work offline. Public legal/support pages need internet access and fall back to bundled English copies when unavailable. Manual color references are not physical product shade predictions, medical guidance or appearance scores. There are no accounts, ads, payments, cloud sync or automatic transcription.
Accessibility and release information
The app uses native text, labeled controls, scrolling layouts and button alternatives to dragging and sliders. If a control is difficult to reach, report the page, text-size setting and device model. Camera quality, actual microphone routing, iOS backup, TestFlight and App Store release status require device and operator confirmation; this support page does not claim Apple review approval.
